The easiest thing you can do in this situation is change the locks on your property let. This is generally recommended after any tenancy, even one that has ended well, to ensure that your ex-tenants are not able to re-enter the property using a copy of the key. This is especially important, when you have got new tenants living in your property as this will offer them the security of knowing that their belongings are safe.
Now as you have legally evicted your tenant, you can tell your ex-tenant that if they do not return the keys, you will be forced to change the locks on the property and take court action against them to reclaim the cost of this lock change. This should prompt them into giving you the keys back.
